Job description: As a Paralegal, your role will provide essential support to fee earners, drafting a variety of legal documents, managing conditions precedent on transactions, and overseeing all post-completion matters.

- Draft and prepare legal documents pertinent to banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitoring transition progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Assist in the completion of transactions by coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
- Oversee post-completion matters, addressing any outstanding issues and ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
- Liaise effectively with clients and lawyers, providing updates and addressing inquiries to foster strong professional relationships.
- Engage with a diverse range of tasks that present challenges and opportunities for growth within the banking sector.
- Working closely with clients and legal professionals.

- A Bachelors of Law (L.L.B), Bachelor of Arts in Law (BA Law) or Bachelor of Science in Law (BS Law) degree and/or Legal Practice Course (LPC) or equivalent qualifications is preferred.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a legal environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage one’s own workload effectively.
- Demonstrated efficiency and commercial awareness, with the capacity to think critically and creatively.
- Previous experience working collaboratively as part of a team is highly desirable.
