Job description: As a Finance Assistant, you will support the finance team in preparing financial reports and ensuring accurate financial processes while collaborating with various departments to enhance overall efficiency.

- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices and payments.
- Monitor departmental budgets and conduct variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records through data entry.
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Perform basic financial analyses to provide insights into financial performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and respond to inquiries.

- Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Upto 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Have strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
