Job description: Dubai, UAE SALARY: 12,000 AED – 20,000 AED PER: Month TERM: PermanentWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Generalist Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. As a Generalist Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle across a variety of sectors and roles. Your focus will be on sourcing, screening, and placing the right candidates for our clients while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This role requires a consultative approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Work across multiple sectors, sourcing candidates for various roles ranging from entry-level to senior positions.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop appropriate hiring strategies.
- Maintain and update a candidate database to ensure effective talent management and pipeline building.
- Negotiate offers and provide advice on compensation packages to both clients and candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to advise clients on recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular progress reports and market insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally as a Generalist Recruitment Consultant, or in a role with a strong focus on client interaction and candidate management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
