- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning within the engineering or construction sectors, preferably with experience in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other planning software.
- In-depth knowledge of planning and scheduling methodologies and techniques.
- Strong understanding of engineering design and construction processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Saudi Arabian and UAE building codes and regulations.
- Experience working on international projects, particularly in the Middle East.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) is a plus.
Expected salary: 12000 – 15000 per month
