The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, account management, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.Position Summary:As the Account Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our client relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients are satisfied with our services and are seeing the results they desire. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships. Additionally, you will collaborate with the HR team to ensure our clients receive the best possible support.Key Responsibilities:– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive problem-solving– Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and feedback– Work closely with the HR team to ensure our clients’ needs are met and exceeded– Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team members– Monitor client accounts and provide data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities– Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams– Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase the success of our services and address any concerns– Regularly update client records and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions– Provide timely and accurate reporting to the management team on client satisfaction, retention, and growth metricsRequirements:– Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field– 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the HR industry– Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships– Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software– Proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction and retention goals– Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze data to provide actionable insights– A passion for helping businesses succeed and a customer-centric mindsetWhy Work for Us?At Careerlink HR, we value our employees and believe they are the key to our success.
