- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including payroll summaries, tax reports, and employee earnings statements.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal and payroll data.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll-related laws and regulations, including tax laws and workers’ compensation requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure the accuracy of employee pay and benefits.
- Assist with audits, as needed.
- Process and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll procedures, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with payroll software, such as ADP, Paychex, or Workday.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with benefits administration is a plus.
