Job description: This opportunity is with a leading packaging solutions provider, known for delivering high-quality products and innovative services across multiple regions.In this position you would be responsible for the following:

  • – Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting industries that require packaging solutions.
  • – Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • – Generate leads, prepare sales presentations, and conduct meetings to showcase the company’s offerings.
  • – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met with the highest level of service.
  • – Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • – Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
  • – Regularly update CRM with sales activities and client information to maintain an organized pipeline.
  • To be successful you would ideally possess :
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in packaging or a related industry.
  • – Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • – Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • – Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • – Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • – Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
  • – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Expected salary: 10000 – 12000 per month
