- Enter data from various sources into ERP/Inventory systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness; verify and update inventory transactions.
- Work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies; compile, verify, and sort data for computer entry.
- Maintain data entry procedures and protocols; respond to audits, procedures, and CAPA and ISO-related documentation.
- Generate reports and perform backup operations; prepare monthly department and MIS reports.
- Scan, file, and archive documents using logical nomenclature; respond to queries and access relevant files. Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies
Experience & Education Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Fluency in using Fiori apps
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems
Expected salary: 7000 per month
