Job description: Responsibilities:In coordination with the planning team, establish and update, based on the Contractual Requirements, the Project Control Schedule considering the Contractual Milestone Dates in close coordination with the Technical Manager, Project Managers of Civil and EM joint ventures and Project Director.Develop, in coordination with Technical Manager and Construction Manager, higher level programme strategy and sequences.Prepare, in coordination with Project Manager and Construction Manager, detailed sequence analyses and recommendations.Monitor and keep up to date the Project Control Schedule.Assess and scrutinize the Project Control Schedule and adjust target or forecast completion dates, if necessary, in discussions with Technical / Construction Management.Develop a Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS) and detail the programme in accordance with the Scheduling Guideline in close relationship with the Technical Manager / Construction Manager.Resource load schedule as either required by the Employer / Engineer and add additional resource loading as per the Project Managers direction.Establish a look-ahead and / or schedule for detailed construction progress observation.Recognize, detect, discuss, and incorporate necessary sequence changes to construction methods, etc.; Impact schedule by EOT occurrences on advice of Contracts or Project Management.Review IMS procedures for project controls and make any recommendations for revision as necessary; Integrate the Design, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning Schedules.Communicate and support department managers in planning and controlling, instructs his planners/controllers, makes inquiries about material losses during the process of work (reinforcement, concrete, etc.)Report variance on Construction schedules and provide completion percentages and assess Forecast Dates.Assist Technical Manager in the preparation of monthly, weekly reports.Any other duties as may be required by the Department Head/Organization.
Expected salary: 10000 – 12000 per month
