ASAP 2024
Location: Dubai, UAEA bilingual (Arabic and English) education leader is required to head the boys provision for students in grades 5 – 12 at this school in Dubai.Job Detail:You will be responsible for leading, developing, innovating and adapting all aspects of the provision in the boys section of this school. You will be tasked with ensuring high levels of student engagement and positive attitudes towards learning leading to better than expected academic progress and to developing lifelong learning skills. You will oversee all curriculum development in this area.Requirements:1. Minimum Bachelors degree in Education
2. Masters degree in educational leadership or a related field is highly desirable
3. Proven senior leadership experience – preferably in Boys education
4. You must be fluent in both Arabic and English
5. 5 years experience working in a school in the UAE (ideally with 2 years in leadership with Emirati students)
6. Strong understanding of Curriculum development and educational best practices
7. Experience of working with Emirati students and familiesSalary and Benefits:1. Up to 22,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications (Tax free)
