To qualify for this position, you should have relevant experience.ResponsibilitiesTrain housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasksOversee staff on a daily basisCheck rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanlinessSchedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absenceEstablish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standardsMotivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the jobRespond to customer complaints and special requestsMonitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber glovesParticipate in large cleaning projects as requiredEnsure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areaRequirementsNationality: Filipino only femaleAge: 30–45 yearsEducation: NALanguage Skills: EnglishWorking hours: 9am to 5pm and willing to work in Flexible in hours.BenefitsSalary : AED 4500 – AED 5500Nationality: FilipinoGender: Female OnlyVisaMedical InsuranceAnnual TicketAccommodation
