What You Will Do:
- Accurately forecast monthly sales invoicing.
- Streamline and manage the entire order cycle for optimal efficiency.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.
- Oversee supply chain operations and ensure smooth workflows.
- Track and manage product shipments, ensuring cost and timeline adherence.
- Ensure all documentation complies with regional standards.
- Problem-solve quickly and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely shipments.
- Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
- Finalize Letters of Credit and manage related documentation.
- Prepare customs documents for international shipments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Who We Are Looking For:Experience & Competencies:
- Highly organized to manage orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Experience with Letters of Credit and Incoterms.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D-365).
- Attention to detail to maintain accurate records and avoid errors.
- Self-starter with initiative, capable of working independently.
Knowledge / Education:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Expected salary: 15000 – 17000 per month
