Job description: Dubai, UAE SALARY: 15,000 AED – 18,000 AED PER: Month TERM: PermanentAbout the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Business Development Manager to join our client in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in influencer marketing and business development, with at least 2-5 years of experience in the industry. UAE market experience is a must, as you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with influencers and brands across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business across branding, events management, production, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Identify and build relationships with new clients, key influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align influencer campaigns with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, digital advertising, branding, events and social media.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns to optimize future strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and influencers within the UAE market.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or a related field.
- UAE experience is mandatory, with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics and cultural landscape.
- Must have a Hunter mentality and existing network in the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- A passion for digital marketing, social media, and emerging trends.
