Job description: We are currently working with a leading financial services organisation in the search for a Head of HR. The Head of HR will be responsible for The Middle East and APAC.Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the People Strategy in alignment with divisional commercial objectives.
- Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior leadership and business units across the region.
- Lead the development of a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the design and implementation of organisational development programs.
- Drive change management initiatives
- Lead the regional HR team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation across the region
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Lead initiatives to enhance culture and engagement
- Takes ownership of optimising our commercial incentive schemes to boost productivity, ensure high engagement and retention rates as well as to be able to attract top talent to the organisation.
- Oversee the delivery of divisional HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the People Strategy and business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Consulting background is preferred
- Exposure to APAC regions as well as Middle East is a must
- Proactive, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
