- Prepare and mix cocktails according to drink recipes and customer preferences
- Greet and interact with customers to provide excellent service
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor and manage inventory of alcohol and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Assist in creating innovative drink specials to enhance the menu
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods and lift heavy items
- Valid bartending license or certification (if applicable)
Expected salary: 4500 – 5500 per month
