Job description: Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Medical Review Officer for their client in Abu Dhabi, which is a multispecialty hospital , Candidates with the following experience may apply :Duration – 6 months, depends if project extends then extendableEvaluate medical need for requested service according to medical data provided
Responsible for ABM enrollment based on the guidelines agreed on with DOH and ABM policy, any updates to be applied once communicated.
Engage customers and providers emails by assisting them with required information with regards to their queries, issues and complaints.
Ensure information & solutions provided are accurate using the right methods & tools. Assess compliance & SLA’s with established standards and protocols and ensure that the business ethics and company values are always respected & followed in all activities
Ensure individual targets on Productivity & TAT are met / exceeded on daily, weekly, monthly basis and Quality targets in daily activities are achieved using set guidelines & SOP’s. Identify any process gaps and curb repeated errors.
Support Assistant Manager in implementing initiatives and carrying out other tasks required to ensure optimal performance of the team.Qualifications:Proficiency in written and spoken English
Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE market with basic knowledge of health insurance
Minimum 2 years of experience in claims / authorization is preferred
Bachelor’s in medicine(MBBS) or General medicineSkills and Competencies:Have Customer focused approach to ensure best Customer service is delivered
Analyze tasks and apply logical reasoning before taking decisions
Collaborative and ability to build good relationship with team members
Basic analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills
Demonstrate drive to ensuring results and quality of work
Good level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions
