Site Supervisor – Fit Out- Dubai / Abu DhabiWe are seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on fit out projects. This role requires someone who can take charge of site activities, coordinate with various trades, and ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed according to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitoring work progress, conducting site inspections, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Managing site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment, and workforce.
- Maintaining accurate records of daily site activities, including work completed, materials used, and any incidents.
- Communicating regularly with the project management team to provide updates on site progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction or fit out industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to stay on-site and manage the day-to-day operations.
- Should be currently in UAE
