Job description: This is a unique opportunity for a proven Executive Chef to join a prominent multi-outlet property.With busy, 7 international-style restaurants/outlets, a renowned bar restaurant venue, in-room and all-day dining and multiple events/meeting rooms, you will be required to manage the commercial and operational performance of the kitchen. This will need someone proven and experienced in managing varying international styles of Western Cuisine, including European, as well as those of the Middle East.You will be expected to lead from the front and deliver impressive, creative food for which this company is renowned. You must have managed an international kitchen team within a luxury hotel with over 300-plus bedroom multi-outlet hotel.A competitive salary and ex-pat package reflecting the importance of this position is on offer to a proven candidate.Please kindly note:Email simon@hocaps.com.
