Demonstrated track record in candidate hiring and management.Proficient in utilizing job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster) and other open source platforms, with a well-established pipeline of passive candidates.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast paced environment.Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.Experience in maintaining an internal candidate database, organized by skill set.Qualifications:Demonstrated experience as an HR Recruiter.Strong proficiency in English.Bachelor’s degree required.Expertise in various sourcing techniques.Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
Expected salary: 540000 per year
