Job description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farmer to join our team. As a Farmer, you will play a crucial role in the cultivation and production of agricultural goods. You will be responsible for overseeing daily farming operations, including planting, watering, harvesting, and maintaining crops. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and a passion for sustainable agriculture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of farming practices and a desire to contribute to the growth of our farm.Responsibilities

- Cultivate and care for crops including planting, watering, and fertilizing
- Monitor crop health and manage diseases, pests, and weeds
- Operate and maintain farm equipment, such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Harvest and package crops according to quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of planting, harvesting, and crop yields
- Assist in the development and implementation of farm plans and strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations on the farm
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Farmer or similar role
- Solid knowledge of crop cultivation techniques and best practices
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma/GED required, formal education in agriculture or related field preferred
Expected salary: 5000 – 5500 per month
