You will be responsible for the design, execution, and analysis of research studies, ensuring high-quality insights that meet our clients’ needs. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to continuously improving our research methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead and manage qualitative research projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.Research Design: Develop research proposals, and design methodologies, and create research instruments (e.g., discussion guides, recruitment questionnaires) tailored to client needs.Data Collection: Conduct and oversee qualitative data collection methods, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, ethnographies, and online communities.Data Analysis: Analyze qualitative data to generate actionable insights and develop comprehensive reports and presentations.Client Engagement: Act as clients’ primary point of contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their research needs are met.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers, fostering their professional growth and development.Methodological Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest qualitative research techniques and industry trends, and contribute to the development and implementation of new methodologies.Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality and rigor in all research activities, maintaining the integrity and reliability of our findings.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quantitative researchers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated research solutions.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of experience in qualitative market research, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful research projects.Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in qualitative research methodologies and data analysis.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and persuasively.Client Management: Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize diverse data sources into coherent insights.Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members.A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUHighly motivated, self-directed, pro-active & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines or an agile environment.Ability to analyze and interpret data in a challenging and insightful manner.Unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information.Resourceful, inquisitive, and excited about new technologies.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation.Strong and articulate verbal and written communication skills.Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPointAdditional InformationOur Benefits
