Your main responsibilities will include creating lesson plans, delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and promoting a love for learning. - Design and implement effective lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum –
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students, catering to different learning styles and abilities –
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians –
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect and supports individual student needs –
- Develop and maintain open lines of communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns –
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate curriculum initiatives and school events –
- Stay up to date with educational best practices and utilize innovative approaches to enhance the teaching and learning experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field –
- Valid teaching certification or license –
- Proven experience working with primary school students –
- Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methods –
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills –
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans –
- Patience and the ability to manage a classroom effectively –
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the diverse needs of students
Expected salary: 6500 – 7500 per month
