Job description: Required Skills:Master/ Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.A Master’s degree or certification in compliance management is preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in policy development, compliance, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role.Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in policy management.Knowledge of latest business trends and techniques development.Proficiency in policy management tools and software. SkillsGood planning and organizing skills.Ability to respond in unplanned and unforeseen circumstances.Policy Writing skillAnalytical & problem-solving skills.Strong command over English Language (other regionally spoken languages would be an added advantage)
Expected salary: 20000 – 23000 per month
