Job description: Responsibilities:Act as a primary point of contact between the Marketing Communications department and external content production agencies to facilitate seamless execution of media projects, principally for the social media and Comms teams.Facilitates media and content production requirements through effective and timely planning, from the participation in ideation and planning of content, to coordination of logistical requirements such permits, access, and time/resource management.Engage actively with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective media project execution, such as coordinating discussions, aligning project objectives, and ensuring all parties are informed and equipped to meet their contributions effectively.Provides feedback and direction to ensure agency-produced content meets Client’s standards and objectives.Required Skills:Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Digital Media, Multimedia Design, or related fieldMinimum 5+ years experience in agency or freelance capacity as a content creator, such as videography and photographyProven experience in digital asset managementShould have knowledge and experience in digital media production (photography and videography) and asset management Proficiency in the latest media production tools and software, such as with DSLR and Mirrorless cameras, and post-production software in Adobe Creative Suite such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and PhotoshopWorking knowledge of the social media platforms and their features, capabilities, and limitations in respect of media publicationExcellent command of written and verbal English language.Strong understanding of brand consistency and the ability to adapt content across various platforms.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with agencies and internal teams.Exceptional organisational skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail and multitasking.Certified in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)Practical training in camera operation, lighting, and sound recording to produce high-quality media assets.Certified Social Media content creation training will be a plus
Expected salary: 11000 – 13000 per month
