Job description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Dentist.Job Summary:We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced General Dentist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a General Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental conditions for patients of all ages. Your role will also involve educating patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care, as well as performing routine cleanings and other dental procedures. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a strong commitment to staying current with advancements in dentistry.Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental examinations and provide accurate diagnoses
- Create treatment plans and discuss them with patients to ensure their understanding and consent
- Perform routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and other dental procedures
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and provide personalized tips for maintaining good dental health
- Monitor and track patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatments and services provided
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
- Stay up to date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education courses
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile working environment
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license and in good standing with the state dental board.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Dentist.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of dental tools and equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of dental procedures, treatments, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
