- Experience : 5+ years
- Strong Knowledge MS Office 365 , and all operating system (Microsoft, apple)
- Ticketing systems, preferably IBM Resilient such as Manage engine , Service Now .
- using the SIEM systems (security Information and event Management )
- working with a customer service and end user
- Providing service desk/call center support (remotely and Physically )
- Install, configure, and operate simple-routed LAN, routed WAN, and
- Switched LAN and LANE networks.
- Strong experience Belding Routers Firewall (Access-Lists)
- Avaya IP telephone, Cisco
- Install windows Patches and manage all application (Desktop Central)
Salary : Upto 8000 AEDContract : 1 year extendableLocation : Abu Dhabi
Expected salary: 8000 per month
