Responsibilities
ADS is searching for an Water Quality Regional Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil engineering and stormwater management with a focus on water quality applications for commercial development to join our team in covering the Eastern United States.
You will promote and drive growth of ADS products and solutions throughout the territory. Increase sales and acceptance of ADS products with the engineering community, regulators, contractors and owners. Provide training, education and technical support. Establish one’s self as technical expert in assigned territory. The individual will interact and support ADS Sales representatives, ADS Engineered Product Managers (EPMs), ADS Zone Engineers (ZEs), regulatory officials, consulting engineers, land developers, contractors and resellers.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Applicant must be a self-motivated, team-oriented and flexible individual
- Applicant must possess strong strategic, tactical, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills, and have the ability to work on multiple projects at different phases simultaneously
- Experience with preparation of construction documents is required
- Advocate for BaySaver Water Quality vision throughout the ADS organization
- Traveling with ADS team members to develop leadership credibility and influence their ability to independently market and sell BaySaver products and services
- Implement price management and market strategies throughout the Eastern United States for BaySaver water quality products
- Lead and manage key regulatory relationships at the national, state and local levels
- Develop a design engineer’s acceptance strategy to drive specifications and conversion opportunities and integrate with the objectives of the ADS sales regions
- Applicant must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to obtain and coordinate meetings, and conduct effective client presentations
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience
- Active participation in professional associations
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Structural Engineering
- PE license
- Design experience in site development, public works, and stormwater management
