Job description: Basic understanding of Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Active Directory, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot, WHFOB, DLP etc)Advanced excel knowledge.Basic end user support knowledgeKnowledge of ITSM, ITIL (preferably somebody with ITIL V3/V4 certification)Good knowledge in SR, INC, CHG and problem management ((preferable managenengine ticketing platform)KPI reporting, service desk sla reporting etc (MIS reporting)Project coordination skillsGood communication and training skilldocumentation skills, preparing organizational policies etcIT Asset management knowledgeBasic understanding of budgetingUnderstanding of Azure VDIKnwoledge of endpoint central tool is a plusKnowledge of azure finops is a plusPowerBI knowledge is a plus

Expected salary: 5000 – 6500 per month
