Job description: Responsibilities:Conduct routine and random checks in all Venue Service Management areas thus preventing theft and damage to the property and its assets.Control access and exit of persons, goods and equipment’s within the assigned VSMareas including Production kitchen & vehicle access while maintaining proper documentation/ authorizationTo monitor VSM stores, warehouses, production facilities, Food & Beverage vehicles &other Venue areas such as ballrooms, pantries, Locker rooms etc, thus coordinating with service operations including HK, F&B and DTCHA in order to establish control points for events and temporary personnelTo apply cost reduction measures within own area of operational activity, without compromising quality.To be aware of daily events and to direct customers to the proper venue. Special assignments to be carried out as and when required by the Management.To ensure that the fire exits and gangways are clear in all VSM areas.To monitor DXB Live stores, equipment’s movement, and warehouses in CLIENT.To maintain Security / VARP Notifications, daily logbook, VARP Ledger & general communication to be maintained. Daily follow ups on pending out going records with the concerned department.To work closely with CLIENT security & Protocol Division. To co-ordinate the “Lost & Found” within VSM areas with CLIENT Security & Protocol Div.Required skills:High school or similar education with ability to read and write.2- 3 years of experience in Security / Loss prevention team/Health & Safety / Asset protection, etc.Basic computer knowledge. TrainingBasic security training and pass certificate for the same is required.

Expected salary: 16000 per month
