Job description: Responsibilities:Client Acquisition:Identify and acquire new clients through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their travel needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.Sales Targets:Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling travel services, and products.Market Research:Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and stay ahead of the competition.Presentations and Proposals:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.Follow-Up:Conduct follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance metrics.Team Collaboration:Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Required skills:Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the travel industry.Valid UAE paleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and ability to close deals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach.Effective negotiation and persuasion skills.Self-Motivated, highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings and sales presentations.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Expected salary: 8000 – 10000 per month
