You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating complex oral issues, performing surgeries such as extractions, implants, and bone grafts, and providing post-operative care to patients. You will also work closely with our dentists and orthodontists to develop treatment plans and provide support in restorative and cosmetic procedures.Key Responsibilities:– Perform thorough dental evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients– Conduct dental surgeries, including tooth extractions, bone grafts, and dental implants– Provide pre and post-operative care, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms– Collaborate with our dentists and orthodontists to achieve comprehensive treatment goals for patients– Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide guidance for post-operative care– Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in dental surgery techniques and technologies– Adhere to the company’s safety and infection control protocols– Manage and prioritize a busy caseload while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality of careQualifications:– Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from an accredited university– Valid state dental license and ability to practice as an Oral Dental Surgeon– Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Oral Dental Surgeon– In-depth knowledge of oral and maxillofacial anatomy, surgical techniques, and best practices– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and work effectively with the team– Proven ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively– Attention to detail and precision in performing surgical procedures– Strong commitment to continuing education and improvement in skills and knowledge– BLS and ACLS certificationIf you are a skilled and dedicated Oral Dental Surgeon looking for a new and exciting opportunity, we would love to hear from you! .
