The sales applicator is responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within a designated geographical area. This role involves direct interaction with customers, providing them with expert advice and demos on Commercial Laundry, Kitchen & Housekeeping Chemicals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and support.Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product performance.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to provide timely solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper installation of products.
- Experienced in programming laundry dosing systems and dilution systems.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the cleaning and hygiene industry.
- Holding a valid UAE driving license.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn product specifications quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions:
- Travel within the territory is required.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
