Job title: Backend Developer (Python & MongoDB)

Job description: The Backend Developer will be working closely with other developers and managers to maintain and develop new products and features for a range of online products used by millions of users across the globe. You will be expected to give feedback to other members of the team, provide suggestions on code quality, design proposed solutions to problems while also being a hands-on proficient developer.
- Delivers code in highest quality ensuring maximum performance, scalability, testability and maintainability
- Follows defined company coding standards, ensures the solution is testable and covered with unit tests
- Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
- Organizes and participates in code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Documents solutions by providing documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments and clear code
- Continuous self-improvement by studying state-of-the-art development tools and programming techniques
- Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Work on cutting edge backend systems integral to product performance|Must be experienced with Python, MongoDB and AWS
- Minimum of 3 years of Backend experience
- Experience with Python / Web development / MongoDB / NoSQL
- Experience with Cloud technologies, preferable AWS
- Experience with Serverless framework is a plus
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Good knowledge about docker environments
- Solid understanding of object-oriented principle
