This position requires a strong financial background, strategic thinking, and expertise in cash flow management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Align project goals with the overall business strategy and objectives of the family office.
  • Conduct market and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial discipline and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee cash flow planning and management to ensure adequate liquidity for projects.
  • Prepare financial reports and analyses to track project performance and ROI.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders effectively.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Develop and implement PMO standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
  • Continuously improve project management methodologies and tools.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and coordinators.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably within a family office or financial services environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
