- Minimum Ten (10) years of process plant (preferably in oil & gas) and heavy equipment maintenance experience with Five (5) years in a maintenance supervisor/team lead role.
- Experience in managing small projects and supervising multi-discipline team.
- Capable in making incident reports.
- Capable in assessing maintenance work and estimating the time required for any new work.
- Possess good leadership and decision-making skills to efficiently discharge duties & responsibilities.
- Excellent analytical and reasoning skills, plus excellent team skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Having UAE manual driving license will be preferred.
Mechanical related experience:
- Technical knowledge and experience in heavy equipment maintenance such as Mobile Cranes and Forklifts.
- Technical knowledge in rotating equipment such as pumps, engines and compressors.
- Technical knowledge in hydraulic systems.
