Job description: Tusmo Real Estate is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team.The candidate must have
- Proven minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation, with previous experience in the real estate sector in the UAE
- Proven experience generating new business leads through various channels including social media ,market research, email campaigns.
- Expert in real estate digital marketing ‘s platforms including, Instagram, Google Ads, Facebook , LinkedIn, tiktok ,Seo
- Strong skills in Developing and maintaining a database of leads and prospects for future reference
- Proven experience working independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Requirements: • Proven experience identifying potential leads, analysing real estate market trends, and stay informed about competitors’ activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across various platforms.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
