Job description:
- Monitor the achievement of the sales targets and take necessary corrective actions to address variances
- Oversee the development of the sales policies and procedures and ensure proper implementation
- Devise strategies to boost sales and increase customer satisfaction level
- Report periodically on the performance of the department including goals and expectations
- Coach, motivate and train the sales team on a regular basis to achieve the sales targets
- Recommend incentives to motivate the sales team
- Liaise with the marketing team to devise marketing plans for specific assets to boost sales
- Encourage internal and external communication to create a collaborative working environment
- Develop and submit accurate monthly sales reports for the Manager’s review
- Manage the performance of the team in line with good people management practices
Requirements: • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in similar field
- Experience in Marble Industry
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Salary:
