Job description: Position: Clinical PsychologistTalentspoc is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team of mental health professionals. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families by providing evidence-based treatments and interventions.Responsibilities:– Conduct intake interviews and assessments to gather information about clients’ mental health history and current needs– Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals– Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families– Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions– Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on clients’ progress and feedback– Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions and progress– Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and techniques for managing symptoms– Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients– Attend regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledgeRequirements:– Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program– Current state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist– Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a mental health setting– Experience working with a diverse population and addressing a range of mental health issues– Strong assessment and diagnostic skills– Knowledge of evidence-based treatments and interventions– Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills– Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standardsAt Talentspoc, we value diversity and believe that inclusivity enhances the well-being of our clients and employees.
