Job description: Rail Project Manager (Systems) – UAEEWI are supporting a leading European Consultancy on a new rail project in the UAE and are currently supporting with a requirement for a Rail Project Manager (Systems) to deliver high-impact results in the field of conventional rail, mainline, freight, and high-speed rail systems.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the rail systems project from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee the integration of various rail systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in conventional rail, mainline, freight, or high-speed rail projects (Metro/LRT/Tram will not be considered as a rail project)
- Proven track record in managing large-scale rail systems projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Requirements:
- Experience specifically in conventional rail, mainline, freight, or high-speed rail is essential. Experience in Metro/LRT/Tram will not be considered as railway project experience.
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
