Job description: An excellent opportunity is available with a financial services regulator based in Dubai for a Supervision Officer to provide effective regulatory administrative support within the Supervision Division. This includes the collection, interrogation, processing and management of data.The Supervision Division is responsible for assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risk in authorised or registered entities for conducting financial service in Dubai Internation Financial Centre (DIFC). Reporting to the Associate Director of Supervision you will:Key Responsibilities:
- Collate, correctly input and accurately maintain data that is held in Supervision systems
- Conduct thorough data cleansing, to identify any data discrepancy and rectification. This requires reviews and audits
- Prepare timely and accurate data to produce statements/reports
- Support Associate Director logistically in Supervision Division projects, as required
- Execute various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the Supervision Division
- Process and prepare for review various processes, by following the pre-defined rules
The Supervision Officer will possess prior experience in an officer/administrative within a regulatory function most preferably in the financial services sector. You will posses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and possess excellent IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and databases.
