Job description: Job description ¿ Graduation in Any Engineering Degree or Equivalent
¿ Minimum 8-10 Years Experience in procurement activity in the Oil & Gas Industry.
¿ Responsible procurement of material for Stock/Non Stock/Process/ Modular Building/EPC/EPM jobs with in the given time and budget, develop vendor base for various products and take necessary steps to do corrective action .
¿ Review commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE) prepared by Assistant Buyers/Buyers and perform pricing analysis, recommend contract awards that result in best value procurement.
¿ Develop, advocate and implement sourcing and negotiation strategies for key spend areas to achieve short and long term savings targets
¿ Competency in interpreting technical specifications for procurements and strong supply chain &INCOTERMS knowledge
¿ Knowledge of standard accounting and banking practices such as letter of credit and in MS office package ,any ERP system
¿ Nationality ¿ Any Nationality
Salary : 12,000 AED

Expected salary: 12000 per month
