Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leasing management, particularly within shopping malls, with a strong background in leasing, negotiations, property management, tenant relations, financial management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Management: Oversee all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, retaining existing tenants, and ensuring maximum occupancy levels.Negotiations: Conduct lease negotiations with potential tenants to secure favorable terms for the company while meeting tenant needs.Property Management: Ensure the effective management and maintenance of the property to provide a high standard of service to tenants and customers.Tenant Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.Financial Management: Prepare and manage the leasing budget, track financial performance, and ensure profitability through effective financial planning and control.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the leasing team, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals and individual development.Communication: Maintain effective communication with tenants, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and address any issues effectively.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Leasing Manager position, preferably in shopping malls or similar retail environments.Skills:Strong leasing and negotiation skills.Proficient in property management and tenant relations.Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.Proven leadership abilities and team management experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
Expected salary: 16000 per month
