Job description: Responsibilities:
Analysis of architectural drawings and develop conceptual ideas, reference images.Effectively uncover clients needs and provide compelling solutions.Efficiently create unique, desirable, artistic, and inspirational landscape designsConcept and schematic proposal of projects with associate architectsInteract with Client & Consultants regarding changes and further requirements.Prepare Auto-Cad drawing ,3D models, layout, presentation.Material selection and material palateAccurately prepare construction drawings and takeoffs.Prepare Paving pattern, Formation level plan, lighting layouts, construction drawings and detailed drawings.
Requirements:
3-4 years experience in Landscape and Pool industry.Must have bachelor of architect degree.Immediate joiners preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and LumionBritish personality depicted appearance preferred.Driving LicenseLebanese, Algerian, Italian, French, South African and Filipino nationalities are preferred.
Expected salary: 10000 per month
