Job description: Responsibilities:1.Prepare and participate in the preparation of sales budgets
2.Maximize sales and profitability of the UAE Stores
3.Maximize productivity targets (sales per sqft, ATV, Conversion etc.)
4.Formulate & implement retail strategies and procedures in discussion with the Concept Head
5.Control costs within budgetary guidelines
6.Identify internal and external commercial opportunities
7.Ensure effective Stock and Space Management
8.Conduct SWOT review to analyses the customer profile (a study undertaken by an organization to identify its internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as its external opportunities and threats)
9.Provide monthly feedback on competitor and event activities
10.Suggest improvements based on benchmark practices
11.Ensure effective Inventory and Warehouse management of stores (order management, stock consolidation, movement and transfer, optimum stock utilization, stock return and shrinkage)
12.Review and analyses stock and sales reports monitoring over and under stocks, implementing corrective action to be taken
13.Ensure Damage & Shrinkage control as per SOP
14.Review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges and implement necessary action
15.Ensure pricing of merchandise as per norms and matrix format
16.Provision of monthly feedback to Concept on sales, stock positions and product feedback Manage roll-out of new projects and time bound implementation of projects Understand Territory dynamics (demographics, consumer behavior, market understanding etc)
17.Prepare Territory operating plan (new store, seasonal and store) and ensure effective implementation
18.Ensure all the stores are in compliance with the store operating and customer service standards
19.Ensure all the stores are in compliance with the company policy on employment & state laws, health and safety standards.
20.Ensure all the stores portrays the company image in all aspects of personal presentation and adheres to the company dress code as laid out by the Company
21.Ensure all store sales, promotions are planned effectively, executed and promptly and maintained professionally
22.Manage and support in team recruitment
23.Monthly payroll confirmation of sales staff, store manager.
24.ensure skill development of showroom staffs through Learning & Development
25.Monitor and appraise the performance of retail staffs in coordination with Store managers and developing individual career plans. ( KPI)
26.Set KRA’s (key result area) for direct reports and conduct performance appraisal quarterly Oversee staff deployment and drive motivation levels of the direct reportees New store setup coordinationQualification & Experience
1.University degree in business (ideally with marketing and sales focus).
2.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the retail and trade marketing Industry, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG.
3.Minimum 5 years in managing retail operations, customer service and sales, employee, stock accuracy and inventory control within retail industry.Min Experience:10 YearsSalary :AED 18000Temp/Perm::PermanentLocation :DubaiPosted Date:July 2, 2024
