We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with over 10 years of experience, specifically in the construction industry, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing financial operations, P&L statements, and project-specific finances. Experience working in Dubai is essential.Salary:
AED 10,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.Requirements: •? ?Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ? ?CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- ? ?Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in the construction industry.
- ? ?Proven experience in financial management of construction projects.
- ? ?Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- ? ?Experience with creating financial statements.
- ? ?Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
- ? ?Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
- ? ?Experience working in Dubai and understanding local financial regulations.
- ? ?Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- ? ?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ? ?Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
