Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience as an accountant, with specific experience in the HORECA sector.Experience in VAT submission and GL EntryShould have exp in assisting a auditor Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Oversee day-to-day financial transactions within the HORECA Division.Record and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets for the HORECA Division.Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.Compliance:
Stay informed about industry-specific regulations and ensure compliance.Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.Cost Control:
Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.Implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
