Our client is seeking a talented and innovative Concept and Proposal Designer to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role requires a creative individual who can design and conceptualize event proposals, ensuring they align with client objectives and exceed expectations.Job Responsibilities:
- Design and conceptualize event proposals that are creative, engaging, and aligned with client needs.
- Utilize advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create visually appealing and professional proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and incorporate feedback into proposal designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery under pressure and within short deadlines.
- Present concepts and proposals to clients, making necessary adjustments based on their feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into proposal designs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of industry experience in event planning and design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
