– Ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation.
– Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff.
– Adhere to health and safety regulations.
– Manage kitchen budget and control costs.
– Lead and motivate the kitchen team.Salary:

– Extensive Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in high-volume kitchens.
– Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing kitchen staff.
– Culinary Expertise: Exceptional culinary skills, particularly in hot food preparation, with a passion for innovation and quality.
– Health and Safety Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
– Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and minimizing waste while maintaining high standards.Qualifications:
– Minimum of 8 years as a Head Chef or similar role.
– Experience in production or central production units.
– Excellent culinary skills, particularly in hot food preparation.
– Strong leadership and team management abilities.
