Job description: Position Overview:A leading Interior Design & Build Fit Out firm is looking for a highly-experienced Fit Out Business Development Manager in Abu Dhabi. They are a premier interior design and build fit out contractor, known for our innovative solutions and exceptional service across commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, government, F&B sectors.This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and establish long-lasting client relationships in a vibrant market.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fit out and interior design industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Abu Dhabi market.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development within the fit out or interior design industry.
- Strong network and knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
