Job description: Our client, a leading name in logistics industry is seeking to hire a Sr. Sales Executive for their office based in Dubai.Job Description:Dynamic Senior Sales Executive with expertise in freight forwarding to drive business growth and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and achieving revenue and GP targets. Collaboration with internal teams to develop tailored logistics solutions, particularly in Freight forwarding, 3PL and 4PL services, is essential.Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding, 3PL, and 4PL sectors. through targeted outreach efforts and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries. Understand client requirements to provide customized logistics solutions, focusing on 3PL and 4PL services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies, with a focus on promoting our 3PL and 4PL offerings.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to design and present comprehensive logistics solutions addressing clients’ transportation, warehousing, and supply chain needs, emphasizing 3PL and 4PL capabilities.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from prospecting to contract execution. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM software.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments, especially related to 3PL and 4PL services. Share market insights to inform business decisions and service enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field equivalent qualification is a plus).
  • 5+ years in sales roles within the freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industry, with specific experience in selling 3PL and 4PL solutions.
  • Deep understanding of freight forwarding, 3PL, and 4PL services, including transportation modes, customs regulations, and supply chain management principles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts and influence decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: AED 15000 – 20000Working hours/Days: 9am – 6pm/ 5 days a weekJob Location: JAFZA, Dubai

Expected salary: 15000 – 20000 per month
